Anonymous downlink: Android APK, iPhone home-screen client, and Ed25519-signed Linux installers (AppImage, .deb, .rpm) on this site. Windows and macOS stay operator-only while the GitHub repo is private.

Download the native Android APK, or install on iPhone from Safari (Share → Add to Home Screen). The phone is a chat client: host the agent with hermes cloud, paste the HTTPS URL, then a 6-month license key.

Audit the genome before you hatch
Compare SHA-256 against SHA256SUMS, then the Ed25519 signature with release-build/ed25519.pub. A mismatched phenotype is sterile — the packaged app will not install it.

Stabilizing selection
Manifest + SHA-256 + Ed25519. Tamper the nucleotides and the updater refuses. Health-check rollback restores the previous viable shell.

macOS now has its own disk-image phenotype: a signed .dmg
(and .zip) for Apple Silicon and Intel. Same agent genome,
new ecological niche.
