License keys

MihaEL needs a license key to run the agent (chat, tools, messaging). A key lasts six months and works on 2 devices — typically one computer, plus one phone.

Renewal is always manual. When a key expires, request a new one from the person who gave you MihaEL and paste it. Nothing auto-renews, and there is no billing portal.

A third device is rejected. Copying a key to a new machine after both slots are full also fails.

Apply a key​

Paste the token (MIHAEL.1.…) in:

  1. Desktop — the overlay on first launch, or Settings → License.
  2. Mobile — server URL and key on the sign-in screen.
  3. Dashboard — Activate with a license key on the login page, if you use it.

Status shows the holder name and the expiry date. Request new license is how you ask for a replacement.

Expired or missing keys block new conversations. The app still opens so you can paste a key.
