Sessions

Every conversation is saved. You can resume, search, and archive from the sidebar.

In the app​

  • New chat — Cmd/Ctrl+N
  • Tabs — Cmd/Ctrl+T; Ctrl+Tab cycles
  • Search sessions — Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+F
  • Archive — Settings → Archived Chats, or the session list

Long chats get a timeline rail on the transcript. Hover and click a prompt to jump there.

Profiles​

Each profile is an isolated setup (keys, skills, memory, theme). Switch from the profile rail or Cmd/Ctrl+1–9. Export / import a profile from the command palette (Cmd/Ctrl+K) — API keys are stripped from exports.

Where it is stored​

History lives on this machine under ~/.hermes/. It is not uploaded to MihaEL. Model providers only see what you send in a turn.
