Browser

The desktop app can open pages in the preview rail next to chat, and the agent can browse when browser tools are enabled.

In the app​

  • Links and tool output can render in the right-hand preview.
  • Settings → Tools & Keys — enable the browser toolset and pick a backend (cloud via Nous Portal, or local Chrome/Chromium when offered).
  • Computer-use / GUI automation is a separate toggle — only turn it on if you want the agent to click in a real desktop session.

Nous Portal​

A Portal subscription can cover cloud browser sessions so you do not need a separate Browserbase account. Sign in under Settings → Providers. See Nous Portal.
